Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our SaaS product.
  2. Lead a talented marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives.
  3. Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
  4. Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and engage key accounts, driving personalized campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Create and optimize inbound marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.
  6. Provide marketing consulting expertise to internal teams and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  7. Implement growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques, to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
  8. Act as an organic growth expert, identifying opportunities to expand market reach, improve brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on SaaS, technology, or related industries.
  3. Proven expertise in SEO, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Inbound Marketing, Marketing Consulting, Growth Marketing, and Organic Growth strategies.
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  6. Demonstrated success in driving measurable results, including user acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  7. Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  8. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms are a plus.
