Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our SaaS product.
- Lead a talented marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives.
- Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and engage key accounts, driving personalized campaigns and initiatives.
- Create and optimize inbound marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.
- Provide marketing consulting expertise to internal teams and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Implement growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques, to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
- Act as an organic growth expert, identifying opportunities to expand market reach, improve brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in SEO, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Inbound Marketing, Marketing Consulting, Growth Marketing, and Organic Growth strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable results, including user acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms are a plus.
