Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps Developer

Position: 4

Energetic, self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented developer to assist with developing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Platform applications. This person will work directly with various business units within our client portfolio to identify solutions that best fit their needs, while providing mentorship to team members on Microsoft 365 Platform based solutions, especially MS PowerApps.

Additionally, this role will play a key role in implementing Azure technologies, their configuration and utilization, and the optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure to support the actual content, volume, and periodicity of data to support the intended kinds of queries and analysis to match expected responsiveness.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Expertise with AWS/AZURE Cloud services and Solutions Engineering
Overview/Experience with AI/ML platforms and technologies
Command of architecture, design, and business processes
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management

Essential Duties and Tasks

Discover, understand and capture business requirements by working with all stakeholders.
Analyze requirements and lead the design of software solutions.
Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure services
Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.
Debug and Fix issues with existing forms / Workflows and suggest improvements/changes in the power app/flow.
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
Leverage technical expertise to Design and Implement Power Platform based solutions.
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
Research customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions
Technical design and solution development
Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Customizing SharePoint list forms using PowerApps

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.

5+ years of Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Platform experience, SharePoint.
10+ years of Microsoft development experience

Knowledge in Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Integrate solutions with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products using Web service and application programming interface (API) techniques.
Experience and/or knowledge in process documentation and improvement
Excellent verbal and written skills in order to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate with team members.
Ability to maintain productivity and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities.
Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking
Developing templates or scripts to automate everyday developer or operations functions.
Experience using the following technologies: Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft PowerApps Platform (essential skillset), Microsoft Power BI, Azure SQL Database / SQL Server (essential skillset), JavaScript Programming Language, TypeScript Programming Language, C# Programming Language (essential skillset), Azure DevOps (Azure PiApelines) or Jenkins
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
A good understanding of UI/UX concepts.

The following certifications are a Plus: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong expertise in designing Interfaces and Data Migration using Webservices or equivalent technologies.
Experience in enforcing best practices.
Has performed the lead role for all technical deliverables and provide status update to the project stake holders.
SQL MACHINE LEARNING SERVICES

knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE
Microsoft SQL Server Certification

Experience with R and SQL

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
Health care industry
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face, MS team, Zoom video etc. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
