Position: 4 (2 Seniors + 2 Juniors)

In this role, you will focus on automating manual, repetitive tasks using Robotic Process Automation. You will work closely with local operations leaders, process owners and process SMEs to define, develop and deploy new automation solutions and refine and optimize existing solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • This position may require travel to the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 -10 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in UI Path is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute mapping, design and development of robotic process automation implementations
  • Work with business process stakeholders to evaluate candidate business processes and make recommendations with regard to their potential and suitability for automation (assessment)
  • Define and plan development for individual RPA projects. This includes Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Development in accordance with standard design principles, conventions and best practice, unit-level and user acceptance testing (UAT), operational manuals, transfer of automate in a production environment.
  • Be a change catalyst by using a value based approach to define and develop automation. Maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change process.
  • Develop and configure process automations through an agile inspired development process to meet the value based outcomes of the automation solution for stakeholders
  • Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough testing
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Automation experience on the process and technical side – RPA, VBA, java, .net, python, SQL, analytics, data science methods
  • Experience designing and developing software bots using UI Path or other RPA technology
  • Practical experience in an agile development team.
  • Experience with business analysis, including process mapping and design
  • Excellent communicator, in particular, leveraging design methods to design automation solutions
  • Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes and policies
  • Understanding and proficiency in technical areas such as basic programming, APIs, advanced analytics, process modelling, HTML
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Health CARE Industry experience is Preferred
  • Certified RPA developer (UI Path)
  • Experience managing projects in a disciplined agile manner
  • Previous experience in application development or support
  • Previous experience in shared services or process outsourcing is a benefit
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methods and practices

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face, MS team, Zoom video etc. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
